SALT.agency has unveiled its new international headquarters, located in Horsforth, West Yorkshire.

Positioned outside Leeds city centre, the new premises boast a calm, semi-rural environment with an abundance of natural woodland surroundings.

Designed to facilitate an expanding team and a growing number of clients, the new headquarters allows for greater collaboration and innovation under one roof.

The building offers 11,750 ft², is able to comfortably accommodate over 100 employees across four floors, and it houses a number of great new benefits for SALT.agency’s employees — including a private gym, free car parking, an outdoor workspace, a video studio, a multi-zone GDPR compliant security system, and numerous recreational spaces.

Martin Woods, Founder & Director said:

Since starting SALT.agency, we’ve always wanted to create a campus — not only to give the team a better work environment but also to enable us to share our passion for cutting-edge technical SEO with others.

Over the past few months we’ve been busy upgrading the facilities in our new HQ and we are extremely grateful to the hard-working team that has made our ideas a reality.

Having this spacious modern facility will allow us to move to the next stage in the company’s growth, as demand for technical people to help generate demand for businesses online has never been so high.

Despite businesses facing challenging times at the moment, SALT.agency has renovated the new space while adhering to the government guidelines on COVID-19.

While many companies are perhaps considering working from home and not having an office at all in the future, SALT.agency believes in a more hybrid approach, to enable the best of both worlds.

Reza Moaiandin, Founder & Director said:

We have advanced and streamlined processes in place which enable our team to work in a custom and agile manner. We believe this has made it easier for our staff to adapt to the new ‘normal’.

While some people flourish in a home working environment, others — especially those with less experience — tend to require some on-site support and training. For this reason and many others, we believe it is important to maintain a physical office space — somewhere that team members can come to escape their four walls at home, collaborate, be creative, socialise, and meet with clients.

We want our team to feel safe when they come into the office and we have ensured the health and safety processes are robust and considered regarding the COVID-19 outbreak.

Opening in June, SALT.agency employees in Leeds will be invited to gradually return to their new office — a place where they can look forward to a bright future while continuing to offer clients old and new, the high level of service and attention to detail that the company is renowned for.
