As a leading digital agency, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to support our senior team through contribution to, and execution of our multi-channel digital marketing strategy to achieve business OKRs.

As the Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll be responsible for executing, reporting on, and refining the digital marketing strategy outlined by the business.

Role/Responsibilities

  • Responsible for curating, sending, and reporting on a monthly email newsletter
  • Activities and analysis focused on both increasing the email circulation list, without compromising on open rate/click rates.
  • Working with other internal stakeholders to project manage and execute the SEO and content marketing strategy.
  • Active competitor analysis and research to identify what other agencies in the space are doing, and analysis of potential impact.
  • Omni-channel reporting of progress and defined metrics across the marketing channels monthly, as well as ongoing analysis to highlight opportunities to improve efficiency or increase performance.
  • Content production for the agency website, external websites, and social media.
  • Working with the current social media stakeholders on reporting, and opportunity analysis to grow social presence.
  • Identifying marketing opportunities and conference speaking opportunities for the agency stakeholders who present at conferences.

Skills & Experience

  • 2-3 years’ experience within digital marketing, working with multiple channels
  • A strong understanding of email marketing and social media.
  • A good understanding of SEO and content marketing.
  • A strong understanding of Google Analytics, as well as ability to understand data/data platforms to be able to pull data from and analyse data in other common analytics platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Highly numerate and analytical with great attention to detail and a systematic approach to testing functionality and performance.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence communicating with external parties through email, phone, etc.
  • Excellent organisational skills, including prioritising and multi-tasking.
  • Excellent team player, with a willingness to learn and acquire new skills.
