We are now recruiting for Trainee SEO Executives to join our SALT team. If successful, we will provide you with a bespoke structured traineeship programme where you will learn the important skills and knowledge in order to become a qualified SEO Executive.

Why should you join SALT?
Joining SALT.agency as a Trainee SEO Executive is an amazing first step in starting your digital marketing career with us. Our bespoke SALT traineeship takes approximately 6 months to complete. You will be trained and coached by industry-leading experts through a blended learning experience which includes face to face classroom training, experiential learning and on the job learning. You will learn and execute the following important activities with guidance and support, you can see some of them under the day to day activities section on this page.
As a Trainee SEO Executive, you will be based at our modern office in Horsforth, Leeds and receive access to the following:

We have a friendly, collaborative and supportive culture here at SALT and in your first month you will also be assigned a ‘Buddy’ to help you settle in and support you with some of your learning activities.
When you’ve successfully completed your traineeship, you will be promoted to the role of SEO Executive. You will then be eligible to work on a hybrid basis, where you have the option to work 3 days a week in the Leeds office and work 2 days a week at home.
The next Trainee SEO Executive traineeship is starting on Q3 of 2024.
