Day - To - Day Activities

  • Reviewing the quality of your team's output
  • Taking action to improve the delivery of work
  • Ensuring briefing, planning and finance processes are adhered to
  • Being the central client contact
  • Ensuring that the team are at the forefront of industry developments
  • Ensuring new business development is carried out
  • Supporting team members
  • Identifying training needs and skill gaps
  • Encouraging 360 feedback
